FREE Piano Concert, FREE Career Program

 Pianist Elizabeth Leger will give a free concert at Schoolhouse Center in Folsom 12:30 pm Tues. (Nov. 22). The recital will include works by Liszt, Mozart, Bach, Muchinsky, and Schumann. A short description of the pieces will be presented before each. 
   Leger, in addition to performing, enjoys teaching piano and being director for the music ministry at Ithaca College's Catholic Community.  She is also an active member of the Music Teachers National Association where she serves as collegiate chapter president.

    For more than 29 years, the New Choices Development Services program at Delaware County Community College has provided support and direction to thousands of area residents. New Choices is a FREE (for those who are eligible) career exploration and job re-entry program that provides individual and group support, career planning workshops, employer contacts, networking opportunities, resume writing, interviewing techniques and basic computer skills. Classes and workshops are designed to build self-confidence and awareness.Classes are offered at three Delaware County Community College locations: Marple Campus at 901 South Media Line Road, Media; Southeast Center in Sharon Hill; and the Exton Center.
