Don't miss this exciting time of year as the forest "greens" from the bottom up. Often overlooked, the woodland wildflowers of spring are short-lived, but exciting to behold. Join park staff for a walk through the forest to discover these ephemeral treasures! Sturdy walking shoes and drinking water recommended. Wildflowers guides, pencil/paper, and/or digital cameras will come in handy if you have them. Meet at Pavilion #2. Leader: Lisa Miller, CCPRD staff
WHERE: Warwick County Park, meet at Pavilion 2, 191 County Park Road, Pottstown, PA 19465. Warwick County Park is located 3.5 miles west of the intersection of Routes 100 and 23 in the Village of Knauertown in Warwick Township, northern Chester County. Directions are available at http://www.chesco.org/ccparks/warwick.
HOW: Please register by downloading the Registration Form from www.chesco.org/ccparks or by calling the park at 610-469-1916. Registration is required for this and all Chester County Parks Nature of Things programs.
