FREE Literacy Training Available
The Delaware County Literacy Council provides free individual and small-group instruction to adults with low literacy skills.
Volunteer tutors are needed and will be trained for FREE. The next free tutor training session will be held 6:30 to 9p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, July 18, 20, 25 and 27 at Delaware County Literacy Council, 2217 Providence Ave., Chester. Pre-registration is required.
