FREE Workshop On ‘Guilt’ At Plush Mills
Area residents can join psychologist and family therapist Barry Jacobs, Psy. D., 7p.m., Wednesday (July 13) for a Plush Mills workshop.
Jacobs will discuss the roles that guilt plays in the lives of seniors – at times useful, but sometimes causing self-torment and increased depression and anxiety. He will also talk specifically about strategies for alleviating guilt’s impact and practicing self-appreciation.
The workshop will be held at Plush Mills Senior Living, 501 Plush Mill Road, Wallingford. It is free and open to the public. For more information and to register, call 610-690-1630.
