New Year's Resolution Help: Stop Smoking With FREE local program
SmokeFREE, Main Line Health's free six-session behavior modification program aimed at helping you to quit smoking is being offered at the following locations:
Jan. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and Feb. 7, at 7 p.m. -- Radnor Fire Col, 212 S. Wayne Ave., Wayne;
Jan. 5, 12, 19, 26, Feb. 2 and Feb. 9, at 6 p.m. -- at Riddle Hospital, HC4, Conference Room 2;
Jan. 24, 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21 and Feb.28, 7 p.m. -- Springfield Library, Basement, 79 Powell Road, Springfield.
The sessions are supported by the Health Promotion Council and funded through a grant from the Pa. Dept. of Health.
