Free Program On Stroke Prevention
Senior Community Services’ Center for Life Long Learning is offering “Stroke Prevention,” presented by Mary Weldon, R.N. of Crozer Keystone Health System, 2p.m., Thursday (Nov. 4) at the Brookhaven Municipal Building, 2 Cambridge Road.
Attendees will learn how by changing their lifestyles and taking certain precautions, they can greatly reduce the chances of having a stroke. The risk of stroke among people with diabetes will also be discussed.
