FREE Tax Preparation For Delco Residents
Free Tax Assistance Available In Delco
The Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. (CAADC) is operating free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites for a fifth year. This year CAADC will be hosting three sites serving low- and moderate-income families in Delaware County. All the sites will be staffed by IRS trained and certified community volunteers and will aim to serve families who qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit and the Child Tax Credit.
The free sites will be at the Colony Building, 511-13 Welsh St., Chester, the Toal Bldg., 2nd and Orange Sts., Media, and Sharon Hill Commons, 401 Sharon Ave., Sharon Hill.
The sites began operating this week and will continue through April 22. All three sites are by appointment only and have hours Monday through Saturday. To schedule an appointment, contact Jennifer Levy at (610) 891-6327.
