FREE Evening Of Song

AN EVENING OF ART SONGS FEATURING MS. BRIEANN PASKO, LYRIC-COLORATURA SOPRANO 

 

The Friends of the Marple Public Library in Broomall are hosting an Evening of Art Songs on Tuesday April 26 at 7:30 pm featuring Ms. Brieann Pasko. Ms. Pasko, a lyric-coloratura soprano will perform many of the most celebrated masterpieces of the Art Song genre including works by Strauss, Schubert, Brahms,Copland, Hoiby, Delibes, Gounod,  and Operetta favorites such as "One Kiss"  by Romberg, and "Vilja" by Lehar. Ms. Pasko will conclude the concert with selections from Gershwin. Our guest narrator for this program will be Ms. Stacy Skinner. This program is free and open to the public. Marple Public Library, 2599 Sproul Road, Broomall. Walk-ins welcome, reservations are recommended at 610-356-1510. A reception will immediately follow the performance and all are invited to meet Ms. Brieann Pasko.
