FREE Legal Advice Available

Volunteer Attorneys from the Philadelphia Bar Association to Offer Free Legal Advice to Area Citizens at Four Free Library Branches, May 2

     Volunteer attorneys from the Philadelphia Bar Association will be available at four different branches of the Philadelphia Free Library to offer free legal advice to area residents on Monday, May 2 from 12 to 2 p.m. during the “Legal Advice Live!” program, the kick-off event of the Bar Association’s weeklong celebration of Law Week 2011, May 2-6.
    The free library branches participating in Legal Advice Live! are: the Central branch (1901 Vine St.), the Ramonita de Rodriguez branch (600 W. Girard Ave.); the Haverford branch (5543 Haverford Ave.); and the Donatucci branch (1935 Shunk St.).
   Attorneys will answer legal questions on a broad range of topics including personal injury, medical malpractice, landlord/tenant law, divorce and child custody matters, and employment law, among others.
