Temple Sholom in Broomall invites anyone looking for a warm, vibrant and inclusive Reform Congregation to visit us
during our Weekend of Welcome, Friday, August 12 - Sunday, August 14

 

Friday, August 12, starting at 6:00 PM - Meet Menschy Monkey at Tot Shabbat at 6:00 PM, then enjoy a dairy Potluck Dinner at 6:30 PM, followed by Shabbat Worship with Rabbi Rigler, Cantor Shapiro, and the Choir at 7:30 PM

 

Saturday morning, August 13 at 10:30 AM  - Study with Rabbi Rigler at our Bagels and the Book Breakfast and Torah Study

 

Sunday, August 14, at 11:00 AM -  Pizza, Pops and Pow! (Free)
Get WOW'd with "Mad Science"* as we are engaged and entertained by some very cool science experiments. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious pizza, salad and ice-pop luncheon. Learn about our many Temple programs, meet our Rabbi, Cantor, Temple President, Education Director, Preschool Director and many of our Board Members

*This awesome FREE program is geared towards elementary and middle school students but promises to be entertaining and enlightening for all ages. If the weather cooperates, we'll experience take to the ball field for "Fuzzi, Fizzi, Fizzics" - Take to the skies as this introduction to rocketry explains how and why rockets fly. If the weather doesn't cooperate we'll learn about "Fire and Ice" featuring experiments involving air pressure, flash paper, Eggbert and dry ice. There will also be some opportunities for audience participation.
