PA Symphonic Winds Perform FREE Concert at Cabrini College
RADNOR, Pa. (Feb. 15, 2011) — The Pennsylvania Symphonic Winds (PSW) will perform a free concert featuring symphony selections, ballet suites and show tunes at Cabrini College on Sunday, March 13.
RADNOR, Pa. (Feb. 15, 2011) — The Pennsylvania Symphonic Winds (PSW) will perform a free concert featuring symphony selections, ballet suites and show tunes at Cabrini College on Sunday, March 13.
Conducted by Phil Evans, former band master of the Royal Marines and current music director of Valley Forge Military Academy and College, the PSW is comprised of professional and amateur woodwind, bass and percussion players. The concert will include the national anthem; a suite from the Arthur Sullivan ballet “Pineapple Poll;” and selections from the Lord of the Rings: Symphony 1.
The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Grace Hall Atrium at Cabrini (610 King of Prussia Road, Radnor).
