FREE Health Events In Delco!

 Delaware County Memorial Hospital is holding a special maternity event, “Maybe Baby? Pregnancy 411 for Parents-to-be,” Saturday, March 26, 9 a.m.-noon, in Meeting Rooms A & C.
   Registration and a free continental breakfast will begin a 8:30 a.m.
  Physicians and clinicians will give informational sessions on topics that pregnant women and their families care about most such as pregnancy care, what to expect and more.

  Delaware County Memorial Hospital's Vascular Services is offering free screenings to assess the risk of vascular disease, such as peripheral artery disease, carotid artery disease and abdominal aortic aneurysm on Tuesday, March 29 and May 3, from 3-7 p.m. in the Outpatient Radiology Department, Lower Level of the Medical Office Building.
   Dr. Marat Goldenberg will review the results and provide participants and their primary care physicians with a report of the screenings.
   Eligible participants include those who are 50 years or older who have not had a vascular screening performed in the past and have a history of hypertension, diabetes or smoking.

 Mark Ginsburg, DO, Crozer-Keystone otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon, board-certified, is presenting a seminar, “The Aging Face,” at 7 p.m., Tuesday March 22, in the Downstairs Meeting Room at Springfield Library, 70 Powell Road.
    Participants will learn the characteristics of aging, the anatomy  of the face and options for rejuvenating the aging face. He will be available after the presentation to answer questions.
