TEST-KITCHEN DEBUTS AT MARKET & SHOPS AT COMCAST CENTER

WHAT:             The Market & Shops at Comcast Center is pleased to announce the arrival of their new Test-Kitchen. Market Merchants will run a regular schedule of cooking demonstrations and complimentary samplings for Market patrons at the Kitchen, located in the southwest portion of the Market & Shops.

WHERE:           Market & Shopsat Comcast Center, concourse level Comcast Center, 1701 JFK Boulevard.

WHEN:            Starting March 2011 reoccurring demonstrations will occur every third Wednesday at 5 p.m. & third Saturday at 12 p.m. These scheduled events are open to the general public.

WHO:             

§         Wednesday March 16^th Di Bruno Bros. (5:00 p.m.)

§         Saturday March 19^th Mike’s Steaks 

§         Saturday April 16th:  Guest Chef Hope Cohen featuring Under the “C”

WHY:               The Test-Kitchen is part of a brand new engaging calendar of events being rolled out at The Market & Shops at Comcast Center in Spring 2011 to provide Center City residents, employees & visitors a destination for their shopping, dining, and even educational needs.  The Kitchen will be programmed with fabulous demonstrations from not only the Market Merchants but several Guest Chefs throughout the year.  Stop down in The Market & Shops during for any of the scheduled demonstrations and pick up a few new cooking tips to try at home.
