Sen. Williams Invites Public to Homeowners’ Resource Fair

Yeadon, April 4, 2011 — State Sen. Anthony H. Williams is hosting an upcoming Homeowners’ Resource Fair.

The free event takes place on Saturday, April 16 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Yeadon Borough Hall, located at Church Lane and Bailey Road in Yeadon.   

“This event will have valuable resources for people who are interested in purchasing or maintaining a home,” Williams said. “It’s a great event for potential homebuyers and current homeowners alike, so I invite everyone to stop by.”

There will be vendors on hand to talk to participants, as well as several presentations on topics such as buying a home, grant programs for first time buyers, weatherization, credit counseling, home improvements, foreclosure and more.
