Phillies manager Charlie Manuel is coming to Delaware County to do a question-and-answer session with fans at Harrah’s Casino in Chester. Manuel will be taking questions from the fans at Harrah’s Event Center on Wednesday, Aug. 24 starting at 9 p.m.

Fans will also be able to get autographs and photos with the Phil’s skipper following the event. Harrah’s Chester requires all guests be at least 18 years of age to enter the simulcast floor and at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor. For more information, visit www.harrahschester.com.
