FREE Holiday Crafts For Kids

The Ridley Park Library invites children in grades one to three and their parents/guardians to stop in the library this December to read the picture book "Gingerbread Baby," by Jan Brett, together and then make a gingerbread house craft.
The library is running the make-and-take craft program on Saturday, December 3, 10, and 17. Parents and children are encouraged to drop in anytime between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on those days.
"We think this is a great program for young children and their parents to participate in together," said library director Mary Alice Walsh. "'Gingerbread Baby' is a fun story and the accompanying craft is perfect for the holiday season."
This program is FREE and sponsored by the Friends of the Ridley Park Library. For more information, call Walsh at (610) 583-7207.
