FREE Halloween Party for kids At Tinicum Library

  Tinicum Memorial Public Library,  620 Seneca St., Essington,  will hold a FREE Family  Halloween Party 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28 .      Lots of spooky fun for the whole family is planned, including special guest Don Dougherty, a storyteller reading  "Scary Story.”                                                 Costumes are optional. Registration is required.
